Hans Kilger assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ParTec AG in August 2023, overseeing the financial department as well as the Public Relations (PR) and Investor Relations (IR) sectors. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Kilger is a tax advisor and paused his activities as an auditor when taking the CFO position.
Since the early 1990s, Hans Kilger has been involved as a majority owner in numerous companies across diverse industries, including Bayern Treuhand Obermeier & Kilger AG, Stern Immobilien AG, and Domaines Kilger Firmengruppe. He also holds various supervisory board positions.
At ParTec AG, Kilger is responsible for all strategic and operational financial matters, including reporting and financial statements. Moreover, he is accountable for transparent communication with financial markets, regulatory authorities, and other key stakeholders, ensuring the company’s integrity and trustworthiness in external relations.
