The Bavarian Digital Minister, Dr Fabian Mehring, was impressed by the ParTec’s growth and future plans during a visit to the company’s premises in Munich-Bogenhausen on 3 May. He was welcomed by CEO Bernhard Frohwitter, CO-CEO Hugo Falter as well as board member Nurcan Rasig. In a one-hour conversation, Bernhard Frohwitter and Hugo Falter talked about the milestones of ParTec AG and the importance of high-performance computing and quantum computing for the digital sovereignty of Bavaria, Germany and Europe. In particular, the topics of energy efficiency of modular computers and the possibilities associated with supercomputers in the field of artificial intelligence were discussed intensively.
