At ParTec AG, we design, build, and support purpose-built heterogeneous supercomputer solutions for science using our modular supercomputing architecture approach.

As a hardware-agnostic system provider, we work closely with leading technology vendors in the field. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer who can effectively communicate complex technical information in High performance computing, quantum computing as well as Artificial Intelligence to our target audience. In this role in our Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling technical content that showcases the unique features and benefits of our products. Your ability to translate technical jargon into clear, concise, and engaging documentation will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing our brand image.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to understand product features, functionalities, and benefits.
Create, review and edit a diverse cross-section of technical, non-technical, internal, and customer-facing documentation, including user guides, manuals, release notes, and online help resources.
Develop and maintain templates and guidelines.
Create and maintain the information architecture to easily access, share and provide information.
Create tutorials and manuals to help end-users use a variety of applications.

Required skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) working as a technical writer in a product-focused environment.
Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise documentation and marketing content.
Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.
Experience working with design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to travel as necessary

Job conditions

Language requirement (written & spoken) of German and English is mandatory.
Understanding and proficient usage of additional languages is a plus.
Office environment available at our German headquarter in Munich.
