HPC, QC & AI Sales Manager

who will help develop and execute on our sales strategy.

Job summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new business accounts, these will cover High-Performance Computing (HPC) Quantum Computing (QC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) focused customers. This role will involve understanding customer needs, promoting all of ParTec’s solutions providing expertise to drive sales and growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers at various levels, including technical decision-makers, IT professionals, and business executives.
    • Understand customer needs, pain points, and goals to identify opportunities for HPC, QC & AI solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our chosen markets.
    • Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Product and Solution Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest HPC, QC & AI technologies, trends, and best practices.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and solutions.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of ParTec’s solutions to our customers.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the HPC, QC, AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of HPC, QC and AI concepts, architectures, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of government contracting regulations.
  • Fluency (written & spoken) in German.

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of industry standards and certifications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
