Frank Westermann serves as Chief Human Resources and Corporate Development Officer at ParTec since October 2022, where he is responsible for the company’s human resources strategy as well as corporate development activities, including organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
With a background in economics and law and extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions, Westermann brings decades of leadership experience in international organizations such as Schoeller Group, DHL Group, and Deutsche Bahn.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles including CEO, Managing Director, and Head of International Markets, where he led strategic transformation initiatives, organizational development programs, and complex corporate projects across global enterprises.
At ParTec, he supports the company’s continued growth by strengthening its organizational capabilities and enabling the development of a highly skilled workforce required to build and operate next-generation high-performance computing and AI infrastructures.
