AI Partner Manager

who will help develop and execute on our AI sales strategy.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Partner Manager to join our team and drive strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both hardware and software AI technologies, strong existing relationships with key partners, and a proven track record of developing successful joint propositions.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships: Source, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, solution providers, and system integrators within the AI ecosystem.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities within the AI space.
  • Work closely with our Product Management Team.
  • Joint Proposition Development: Collaborate with partners to develop innovative joint propositions that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Pipeline Generation: Actively contribute to the development of a robust partner-generated pipeline through joint marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and customer engagement activities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and identify areas for improvement.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development within the technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, including hardware and software technologies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency (written & spoken) in German & English is required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with AI-specific hardware or software solutions.Existing relationships with key players in the AI ecosystem.
  • Existing relationships with key players in the AI ecosystem.
  • A strong understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

Job conditions

  • Flexible work hours, flexible workplace including home office
  • Office environment available at our German headquarter in Munich
  • Occasional travels, mostly to destinations in Europe
