Hans Kilger has served as Chief Financial Officer of ParTec AG since August 2023 and additionally as Chief Operating Officer since June 2025. With decades of financial and entrepreneurial leadership experience, he plays a key role in advancing the company’s sovereign AI data center initiatives and overseeing operational coordination across ParTec’s international partner ecosystem.
Kilger is a Certified Public Accountant and tax advisor. Since the early 1990s, he has been a majority shareholder and active investor in numerous companies across the finance, real estate, and industrial sectors, gaining extensive experience in corporate governance, large-scale investments, and operational oversight. Through these roles, he has developed deep expertise in managing complex organizations and long-term infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining the Management Board, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ParTec. Upon assuming his executive role, he suspended his activities as a statutory auditor.
