Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

In this role, you will drive the go-to-market strategy for our cutting-edge products, solutions and services, positioning them effectively in the market, and ensuring that our messaging resonates with our target audiences.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for ParTec’s product portfolio (especially in regard to Quantum and AI solutions), ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and sales targets.
  • Product Positioning: Define product positioning and messaging that differentiates ParTec’s offerings in the market and resonates with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Content Development: Create compelling product-related content, including datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, and case studies, that communicate the value and benefits of our products.
  • Market Research: Your insights on the market and the competition will impact on product positioning, messaging, and strategy adjustments.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop training materials and presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Campaign Management: Together with the team plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, including digital marketing, events, and PR efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and a unified approach to product marketing.

Expected education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar product marketing role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products/solutions, preferably a mix of hardware and software.

Essential skills

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling product content and sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Desirable Skills

  • Proficiency in German is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the high-performance computing, AI, or quantum computing industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce) and content management systems.
