The ParTec press material provided here may only be used for editorial and scientific purposes. The copyrights are held by ParTec AG, Munich, unless another author is explicitly stated. All copyrights remain in full force and effect even if images are transferred electronically/manually to an archive. Press material that is used and/or reproduced for editorial and scientific purposes must be marked with the source “ParTec AG”. Commercial distribution to third parties – even in electronically processed form – is not permitted.

 

Any modification or alteration of the press material requires the prior consent of ParTec AG. Special restrictions on the use of the press material may result from the caption.

 

Reproduction and publication of press material is free of charge. However, we ask for a voucher copy for print media and a brief notification for films and electronic media.

 

Failure to comply with the above may result in the withdrawal of permission to use the materials and graphics provided here, as well as civil and – in the case of copyright infringement – criminal prosecution.

 

In the event that ParTec AG revokes the right of use, the user must immediately, but no later than one month after written notification, remove all material publications and advertising measures that contain the aforementioned materials and graphics. In the case of electronic publications, depublication must take place immediately, at the latest within 14 days.
